Understood that delivery drivers are busy...but waited and had an altercation with a driver who came in after me after waiting 20 mins to be asked my order when 3 staff rushed around for delivery drivers...looked at mr and did not ask for my order.

I personally found it difficult to order food. Everyone appears to speak limited English. I asked for large, and the lady put it through as a medium. I asked for a tower, and the lady didn't put that through. I asked for a Pepsi and changed my mind and it very difficult to explain that.The food was piping hot and as you'd expect. The toilets were cleaner than I expected. We didn't need to clean the table before sitting down.There is free limited parking and wheelchair accessible.

Going inside feels a bit weird due to the layout of the store, causing the queue to snake around the tables where you eat and sometimes stretching back to the toilets, causing the place to get crowded. Ordering online sometimes they mess up your order and forget items, such as hot wings, and then you have to deal with that with the company you ordered from as they said they can't do anything about it.
