This was my third time at KL Cafe restaurant, and yet again it did not disappoint. I went for dinner for my birthday meal last night and had a truly lovely time, we had the whole upstairs to ourselves and it really did feel like I had hired out the restaurant. Upon being greeted we immediately felt welcome and comfortable. The aesthetics may be limited but the manners and warm smiles are far from it. We sat down and ordered a two courses, the first of which arrived promptly. Spring rolls which were packed well. The main course wasn't far behind which was great, I even sent my compliments to the chef. Would highly recommend you support this small local business, tucked away in the bowels of Headingley. Most incredible food and such lovely wait staff. 100% recommend! Each dish was amazing!Vegetarian options: Most curries can be made vegan/ vegetarian and there were multiple options such as tofu or jackfruit or mixed vegetables.Dietary restrictions: They were very accommodating for our friend who had a nut allergy and the vegetarian and vegan options were extensive and very good.
