The first time that we went was amazing. Great atmosphere and amazing service.This time, the staff was a bit rude, the service was very poor and the coffee was bad. On top of that, half an hour still to go, already putting chairs up in the middle of the room. Fairly average place. Food was nice and coffee was very nice. Our server was quite rude to be honest from the beginning. Very blunt and did not come across very nice. No customer service skills at all. He was quite scruffy as well and was also rolling his cigarette up behind the counter. The other servers were nice. They also didn’t have everything available on the menu, which, was a fairly small menu to begin with.

I have been to Loaf several times for lunch and brunch in recent months and have been satisfied every time.
