Why at this branch Hunslet Leeds do you have to wait in the car park for simply 1 cheese burger and fries. This has happened on a number of occasions now, it's supposed to be fast food service. Staff very helpful though. Just seems to be unprepared and food always cold. Also previously, when I have gone inside to order as it's quicker than the drive through, delivery drivers just walk in and stand in front of you while you are queuing, therefore, staff don't know you are waiting...read full review
