Ordered from the car but they forgot to bring out any straws, sauces (which I'd specifically ordered as we had nuggets and selects) and they forgot the carrot bag. So I had to trail indoors to ask for all of these things. When I politely said they'd forgotten my carrot bag and sauces there was no apology - just handed them over. Grabbed a quick bite to eat on my lunch, McDonald's never fails, quick service the restaurant was busy but managed to get served our food within 10 minutes of orderingParking: The car park isn't huge but had two areas for McDonald's and KFC.. sometimes have to drive around for a spot to become available

Ordered through the app for a collection as it's "quicker" waited 20 mins by which time all the food was cold, I think they have forgotten what Fast Food is supposed to
