really nice food however customer service not amazing, i rang up to see if they could deliver to me and they said no which was okay because i can just go pick it up but before i could i say anything they hung up, really annoyed me as my nan just died and i didnt need to be hung up like that
The food from here is great but their customer service is not that great, we ordered and they delivered the wrong food, we called up and they told us to give it back to the driver as the driver had picked up the wrong order, the person on the other side of the phone then proceeded to say that they wanted it back so they could deliver it to the other people who had ordered, DISGUSTING ??
