Best beer garden in Garforth. So when the weather is cooperating it can be very nice. Friendly and helpful bar staff. Very reasonable prices on drinks. Different events throughout the week like quiz and jam night. Pool and darts in the front room. Also show live sports.
Dog friendly pub, I usually call in half way round my route with the dog. Lovely landlord and landlady and the usual bar staff are great. Not the cheapest drinks in the area but you get what you pay for at the end of the day! I have eaten here some time ago but wasn't overly impressed with the food so I can't comment on the standard now because we haven't tried it again. Clean toilet facilities but a little dated. Went to watch England v Scotland game, table service was 10 out of 10 . Not once were any of us waiting for drinks. The staff worked really well together really well organised. They put more effort in than the England players.
