Lovely people! I just stopped during my ride because I was flagging and they filled up my water bottle and even sorted me out a boiled egg! It's a beautiful spot there by the river, do yourself a favour- go get an ice pop and have a little rest! Dx
Fantastic food, fantastic coffee and even better first aid kit! Long story short, as an irresponsible adult on a mountain bike I opened my shin to the bone with the pedals, and the amazing lady allowed me to utilise her first aid kit and buy a coffee. Brilliant customer service and super friendly…support this local business today! 10/10!

Stoppee here at the Parkate Cafe for a fry up, its run by a very polite and sociable lady, the breakfast is very nice, my work colleagues had breakfast baps and they was impressed by the size of the baps and the amount of fillings, would definitely reccomend.Parking: Oposite the cafe, there is a free car park which can accomodate roughly 100 carsDietary restrictions: Dietary & vegetarian options available
