“Went for part of my friends hen party and had booked the bottomless brunch. We really enjoyed ourselves, the service was brilliant, the food was good and all round a friendly atmosphere ?”
Bar • “Food was top class, great atmosphere. Service was good as far as hospitality goes, but got the order of 3 drinks wrong, then had to ask 15 later as they came after the food was served. Then charged for us for the faulty drink order, realised after checking the Receipt, so had to go back for a refund which was a bit embarrassing! ?Parking: Good to parkKid-friendliness: GoodWheelchair accessibility: Good”

“Beautiful place to relax, great use of old Bank.1st time I've ever had a ploughman's with absolutely no salad , fruit or vegetables on the board. Food is nice but a bit pricey , service is OK but no-one will come ask if you want more drinks or food, you have to go to the bar.”
Bar • “We always use wetherspoons wherever we go to. Was in the area of Hemsworth so dashed in for last minute brekky. Was going to have a muffin but the breakfast is on offer so had that. Where else can u get breakfast at the prices they charge . Very nice and hot. Actually went again 2 days later for tea. Again what we had was on offer.....ham egg and chips and a all day brunch. Pint lager and a non alcohol kopparberg just over £11. Both meals excellent ?. Toilets nice as usual upstairs. Staff nice. Will defo go again.”

“A fantastic hotel set in beautiful surroundings. The staff are friendly and can not do enough to make your stay memorable. The rooms are clean and spacious, as is the hotel in general. The Food in the Jacobean pub is exceptional. Highly recommended for weddings, events and short breaks.”
