Consistently friendly and efficient service. Great for real ale. Food offers good value for money. Lovely fresh food. Only gave 4 star due to the fact my chicken was pumped full of water and was soggy at the bottom... thr rest of the meal was lovely. Very friendly staff, and there wasn't a long wait for food. Staff were welcoming.

Food was all excellent, the staff were very friendly and really looked after us. We are not local but have visited several times over the years and our experience has always been positive.
