Said delivered on tracker had to ring up as it wasnât delivered . They said they couldnât find the Adress which they know as theyâve been before . Sent the same food which was freezing the chips were stone cold tasted awful never

This is the 2nd issue in 3 months. The app says it's delivered then it finally arrives 30 mins later and not very hot. Very hungry after waiting over an hour so ate anyway. When you call they say 5 mins and it's not. Not sure I will give them a 3rd chance.
