Costa Coffee is a pleasant motorway service stop with excellent service. Parking is available in multiple areas. On a recent visit, a young employee named Finlay was found to be politely and competently handling a busy queue of customers during a comfort break for a coach from Liverpool. He showed patience and remained unflustered, making the experience positive for the customers. The restaurant is lucky to have such an efficient employee.
