I just watched a customer panic after ordering her food because she realised she had forgotten her purse.She was about to walk out of the door when a Greggs employee (a lady called Collette) called her back saying "please come back, you come in here every day, you can have your food on us today"The customer smiled, I smiled, I looked around the room, and the other 6 customers were smiling too.That may have cost Greggs a small amount of food but what that act is worth to the reputation...read full review
Lady working tonight with blonde hair is lovely. Don't normally review places but she was absolutely delightful. Had stopped going to Gregg's but will be returning in future because of her
I like the good customer service and contactless payments. I can just walk in, take a bottle of water or whatever, tap and go, which is extremely important when my train is about to arrive in just a few minutes.
If you have more time, you can sit down inside on the nice seats they have there, or outside in the waiting area (I would recommend sitting outside because eating in is more expensive).
