Very dissapointed. The only large table was filthy so had to clear it and theres nobody on hand to wipe it down. The drinks from the hot machine were lukewarm. When i managed to find a staff member to tell he just looked at me daft n said oh and suggested using hot water to top up out of machine which just watered em diwn. I did use the cafe on a regular basis. Until Covid struck ! Update Feb 2021 cafe CLOSED for now because of coronavirus .I understand that takeaway service is available . All the below information will still be relevant when this is resolved .The cafe has been made Covid secure and tables sectioned off with clear plexus panels to aid social distancing . The staff there are always pleasant. The tables are regularly cleared and clean. As it's a supermarket, the food isn't anything very special but there is always a good variety of dishes, and well priced. It has many tables, high chairs for babies, and is a welcome break when you just need to put the brakes on and let the world go by.
