I'll be honest, this is probably the worst BK I've been to.First of all tried using one of the self service machines, which didn't work, so then used another.When ordering, the options were rather limited, especially for the drinks.To be fair, my order was served fairly quickly, and the burger and fries were hot and tasted good.But then I went to the self serve drinks machine.Virtually all the drinks options were unavailable, only a choice of Sprite or Diet Coke.....nothing else.Went...read full review
I will be honest here, food was amazing as always, girls were on point and brilliant but the smell of the loos were two much and I could not stay long Screens you order on were not fully working but took a few attempts and kitchen gor the order in the end Well packed food but lazy cleaners sitting down and not cleaning bk area at all

You can either use the order machine or go to the counter to order. Service is ok if they are on the ball the day you go otherwise a little wait. Check your order before you leave as they can still get it wrong. Sometimes the food is not placed in the bag tidily. Like all fast food burger places, never on the bun tidy mostly one one side or off the bun.
