Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Delicious chips and good variety of meals.Parking: You would need to use the Sainsbury's car park, but it's close enough that you could do so without incurring charges.
We visited this chippy as we were "just passing" - how fortunate!! They have a few tables in the front of the shop so we sat down on one of them to view the menu - and we're amazed - we last paid these prices years ago!! I had a steak & kidney pie and my wife had cod & chips both with a can of Diet Coke. I also had baked beans and my wife had curry sauce. Total cost not £12 each but £12 in total i.e. £6 each!! As I always do, I like to try new areas to eat I have not tried before. Well, what can I say. Happy workers with a cheery greeting to all customers, even the more ‘difficult’ customers. Nothing is too much to make people welcomes and to give them the best they can. Delicious food cooked with love.
