35 New Rd, Church St, CalneSo pleased I found this charming little place! Went in for a weekday lunch. There seemed to be quite a few locals enjoying a leisurely lunch and chat. The menu was short, but everything sounded delicious. We had the quiche and the bagel with goats cheese - both were lovely! Will definitely go back to try the pizzas.

3 Beach Ter, CalneDecent selection of menu items and pretty well cooked overall, had the Full English, nicely cooked eggs, sausages cooked well but were a bit bland, better than the standard catering sausages for sure but nothing memorable, bacon tasty and nicely cooked. Small amount of beans and the white toast was a bit dry and obviously a cheaper bloomer style loaf. Service was friendly, reasonably busy and overall not bad for the price paid.

The Black Horse at Cherhill
Main Rd, Cherhill, CalneWe popped in on the Sunday after Christmas, understandily they were not offering the normal menu. Instead Beef baggettes and a massive bowl of chips, lovely. Good food and inexpensive. Friendly atmosphere with the locals as well

Spice Of Bengal
13 Wood St, CalneI went for my birthday in September and again for my mum's birthday in December. I have been blown away the the taste of each dish. I tried my siblings and my husband's food too and it was all amazing. The service was lovely both times. I was disappointed to see that the dish I had the first time had been removed from the new menu but I was able to get an equally yummy dish this time.
My only qualm was the bill at the end was hard to figure out and split as it was hand written and took a while to decipher.

20 Phelps Parade, CalneMy husband and I popped in for a coffee before meeting up with Family... Warm welcoming Cafe. Staff friendly. Great selections on menus to choice from.. Used toilet - extremely clean and inviting and baby changing available. Great Value for money.. Great Atmosphere. Definitely going to return again to get food and drink....

9 Quemerford, CalneGreat pub to go to and have a drink with mates or to go and relax. The bar staff are lovely, always a nice evening when I've gone.Outdoor area with benches for the summer with some lovely tee's for shade and a small outdoor drinking area under shelter.Has great entertainment and the Talbot Fest every year which is worth a visit. For the live music and great drinks.Parking: Parking is around the back, normally plenty of space but it's not far from street parking either.Kid-friendliness: Happy for kids to be there, plenty of space for children.

27B Church St, CalneHad this for takeaway delivery quite a few times now, most recently last night and can say it’s the best Chinese in Calne that we’ve had. There are good options on the menu, it is always delivered in a timely manner and the food is delicious! Every element was great, chicken was tender and king prawns plentiful and not dried out. The chips were golden and crispy, and the curries full of meat and veg with tasty sauce. Special fried rice and special chow mein was also full of meat and veg. Our friend visiting also said it was the best he’s had in a while.
Will be our go to Chinese takeaway for the foreseeable now, as every time it’s been this way.

20 Phelps Parade, CalneA brillaint spread supplied for a birthday party a few things I liked about this company. Firstly they were not forceful I explained some family members had offered to part cater and they accommodated to my needs of what was left to supply there was no push to spend a certain amount, secondly the food was outstanding presentation was brilliant the taste was 10/10 and I would use again and again I can’t wait for the next party to enjoy some more food Thankyou for making our evening tasteful!

23 High St, CalneI ordered via telephone and was treated by a nice lady who told me to make as meal deals as it worked out cheaper and I would get more for my money. No sooner had I put the phone down the food was at the door. The food was piping hot and tasted alot better than my wife's cooking but that's not hard. First time I have ordered and I would definitely order again

Beversbrook Ln, CalneI had a really nice experience at Tesco Cafe in Calne. The space is easy to get to inside the store and it’s relaxed and welcoming. I grabbed a barista‑made coffee and a hot meal, and everything was served fresh and tasty. The staff were friendly and worked at a good pace, which made the visit feel smooth and pleasant. There were plenty of seating options and it felt clean and comfortable while I ate. Prices were good value for what you get, and it’s a great choice if you want a casual breakfast, lunch or coffee while out and about. I’ll definitely stop by again when I’m in the area.

9 Wood St, CalneJust moved Calne and decided to order a Chinese, it came within 30 mins, food is very well portioned, tastes amazing, lovely delivery lady and even gave some wine as its New years so I had to come on here and express my appreciation to you guys. 34 Church St, CalneHad a fantastic meal from jade House, delivery took about an hour but was warned of that by the staff who took our order, and was expected with the road works in town. Food arrived hot and fresh and all meals were very tasty. I had the Singapore rice noodles and another person in my household had the mushroom omelette with chips. Huge portions, chips were crispy and tasty and both meals were very nice. Have had issues with Jade House in the past but tonight's meal was fantastic, no complaints ?

Not a fan of pizza as too much dry crust & never enough topping.Thought id got lucky 1st time as it was to the edge toppings & plenty of them but second time the same.
