It is some years since we went to Buckles but we fancied Fish & Chips in a place where we could eat in. After reading a couple of negative reviews on Tripadvisor we nearly gave it a miss. Thank goodness we didn't. The restaurant is lovely and clean, and the food was cooked to order. We had a large cod and chips and a haddock and chips, both with mush peas and tea. A very nice fish and chip shop with good decor and customer service from staff, decor is also pleasant and clean, there are also some good options for gluten free customersDietary restrictions: Gluten free options are available

Dropped in for a sit down fish n chips at lunchtime and was not disappointed. Tasty and cooked perfectly. Locals will know of another chippy allegedly the best in Chippenham. Not anymore that title goes to Buckles.
