Neston Country Inn
25 Pool Grn, Neston, Corsham1st time going to this pub to meet up with friends. 1st interaction was very nice landlady, friendly and welcoming. Ordered my drink and was asked if I wanted to open a tab. I agreed as I was meeting friends. Football on the tv (muted), no loud music, good company and atmosphere was relaxing. Paid tab with no pressure to do so throughout the evening. Liked this show of trust. Will def be returning in the future

The Quarrymans Arms, Box Hill
Box Hill, CorshamI booked lunch for Easter Sunday and we had one of the last available tables, which is always a good sign. The parking was very stressful, as the car park is small and was full, so we had to drive quite a way to find a space on the verge of a lane, but anyway - we survived!\n\nWe received a warm welcome from the lady behind the bar and were placed in the snug near the entrance. I think we were one of four tables there. It was absolutley fine, although there wasn't much atmsophere in the snug and we missed the famous views. There were also lots of dogs going in and out of the main pub, so something to be aware of if you don't like dogs! \n\nOur waiter was lovely and, for me, he really made our lunch special. He was funny, personable and worked so hard. \n\nMy son loved his burger. My husband had the roast trio and I had the roast beef. The meat was a teeny bit fatty in places, but nothing too awful, and we both enjoyed our lunch. My husband ordered cauliflower cheese as a side, which he said was delicious. There was just once carrot and one parsnip on each plate (plus roast potatoes, a Yorkshiire pudding and cabbage), which was fine for me, but may not have been enough for those who love their veg. There was one slightly curious thing, which was that on my plate I had one solitary pea... and my husband had none! I am not sure whether we were supposed to have peas and they had forgotten to serve them, or if they were't included and a rogue one had sneaked onto my plate, but it made me laugh. It really wasn't an issue. Puddings were nice - After Eight ice cream and mini doughnuts. I liked the small dessert option, as we were fairly full from our mains. \n\nAll in all, a pretty good lunch (maybe just a few small tweaks needed), but it was the excellent service that really made it special for me.

The Flemish Weaver
63 High St, CorshamMy wife and I visited The Flemish Weaver for dinner last Saturday. We were in Corsham for an event down the road at Pound Arts and figured we'd make an afternoon out of it. We booked a table online a few days in advance, which was probably a good idea as it started to get busy close to the time for which we'd booked.\n\nFor those visiting from out of town it's probably worth mentioning that Corsham itself is a lovely little place. It's not officially in The Cotswolds but it's close enough to have caught a benevolent infection - it feels very Cotswoldsy with it's stone built buildings, quaint shops and well kept streets, and one property even had a live peacock stood sentry on a wall buttress!\n\nApologies for the tangent, now back to normal service....\n\nThe pub is really quite lovely and carries a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. It feels very rustic with its stone floors and exposed beams, all very cosy.\n\nStaff were really welcoming and made sure we were well looked after at all times. A special mention to Issie who looked after us for the duration we were there, thank you!\n\nWe sat in a small cubby adjacent to the main bar and couldn't have been happier. Had we not had prior engagements (and had I not brought the car) I would have been quite content to remain for the rest of the evening and helped to diminish the pub's supply of beer!\n\nOur food was really nice without being extravagant and was served piping hot on warm plates. The meals we had were a perfect portion size - I didn't struggle to eat my dinner but wouldn't have been able to eat much more without feeling uncomfortable, they seem to have the balance perfect.\n\nValue for money was excellent, too. \n\nOverall I don't think we could find anything to criticise even if we wanted to. The rustic nature might not be to everyone's liking but we found it cosy and charming.\n\nShould we ever come back to Corsham The Flemish Weaver is almost certain to see us pop in again.

The Great Western
21 Pound Pill, CorshamWent for an impromptu Sunday roast and we were not disappointed, three ordered pork and one beef, small and large portions on offer, we were all so intent with the meals, flavour and size. The parsnips and carrots were AMAZING. The roasts came with greens, carrots, parsnips and cauliflower cheese (at no extra charge). Service was quick and efficient, waitress was friendly and always asked if we needed any sauces/if we needed any extras.
Bar service and table service were both quick even with tables full. Would definitely recommend this over other pubs in corsham as a resident of corsham considering price, size, atmosphere and drinks on offer.

YUMMY KEBAB PIZZA BURGER
10 High St, CorshamThis is hands down one of the best takeaway restaurants I’ve ever ordered from. Whether you’re collecting in person or having it delivered, the food is always spot on—hot, fresh, and full of authentic flavor. Every dish tastes carefully prepared with quality ingredients, and the portions are so generous that you often have enough left over for another meal.
What really sets this place apart is the consistency. Delivery is quick and reliable, with food arriving neatly packaged and still piping hot, while collection is just as smooth—the team are always friendly and have your order ready on time. The attention to detail makes the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.
The menu has a great variety, so there’s always something new to try, but I keep coming back to their pizza because it’s unbeatable. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable considering the size and quality of the portions.
If you’re after a takeaway that delivers on flavor, value, and service—whether you pick it up yourself or have it brought to your door—this place is an absolute gem. Highly recommended!

Amore Italian Restaurant - Corsham
21 Pickwick Rd, CorshamJust had the most amazing meal at Amore. Visiting the area and staying locally, we rang ahead to see if they would still be serving at 9pm, which they did.
Their bruschetta was light and refreshing, and certainly a promise of what was to come. The linguine bolognese was probably the best id ever had - so fresh.
Initially we were a bit apprehensive, as there were no other guests dining.... so we took a chance. We needn't have worried. It seems impossible, maybe, but the atmosphere was great and they were so welcoming.
This is an amazing Italian restaurant - can't understand why no others are in there tonight (other than it being a Monday evening). Locals and visitors alike - make use of this little restaurant. It's good ?... can't wait to visit again. Well done, Amore ?.
