This is a must if you are visiting the Cosham area. Everything about this hotel is 5 star! To start with, there is a very good car park and the hotel is easy to find. The staff at reception make you feel welcome and to be fair all the staff we engaged with were all very friendly. The room is top class and there are a few extra touches that made your stay feel extra special, like complimentary drinks, lavender for your pillow, nice tea & coffee etc. We didn't eat at the hotel restaurant...read full review

Stayed here a few times for work and it’s always a pleasure to stay here. The Methuen is cosy, welcoming, and the rooms are beautifully decorated. The little touches, sleep spray, ear plugs and gorgeous toiletries make it special. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly, and the food is delicious. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, freshly prepared sandwiches and cream tea for 10 of us. It was after my father's cremation and I just wanted somewhere reliable and friendly. They are not the cheapest option, but in my opinion are the best.
