1-2 St Margaret's St, Bradford-on-AvonHad a lovely meal here on a Tuesday evening with my partner. Food was lovely, I had a carbonara and my partner the monkfish all served wonderfully with great service from Erisa and Charlotte. Will definitely return to try the outdoor area in the summer!

The New Inn

The atmosphere and the decoration is amazing, keeping the old vibes of a pub (not like the modern which we found very nice)! We were lucky to be seated next to the fireplace! We had one soup each and one sunday roasted turkey and one sunday roasted lamb. The servings were more than enough, super filling, comes with many things and each one of them tasted amazing (gravy on the side, not in the photo), the roasted potatoes were veeery good and the whole plate wasn't grease or heavy. One of the best Sunday roast I have had by far. All the staff that served us were superb! This pub is a diamond in a small village! More than satisfied!

9-10 St Margaret's St, Bradford-on-AvonThis little gem of a restaurant was absolute perfection for us. The staff were so kind and welcoming, the food was so fresh and insanely delicious. We haven’t stopped talking about it since we visited and as two vegans the food was outstanding. It was so flavourful and fresh, left us feeling full but not greasy and heavy like a lot of places can, we are keen to go back soon! The service was quick, we were in and out fast and the place was full from opening. I can see why it’s so popular! Well done Thai Barn ❤️

The staff were so great with everyone, ensuring the meals went to the right people smoothly and glasses were topped up. We are honestly so grateful to everyone here for what they did for us. Separate to that we love coming here in the summer for drinks, it’s chilled and always so pleasant.

Bradford Rd, Winsley, Bradford-on-AvonNice pub. Very local. Good service. If you go on a Monday (some Mondays) do the quiz or you won't get a table! Friendly service and friendly crowd. Older demographic. Quiz isnt easy if you fancy your chances!

However, recently we attended for mothering Sunday. The food was disappointing (not lack of quality) moreover, a lack of quantity when considering the value (£44 for a dish). As such, given 3 stars for food.

No 10 Tea Garden
Avoncliff, Bradford-on-AvonLovely tea and cakes. BUT NEVER USE THE CAR PARK BESIDE IT! We took my elderly friends, paid the ticket machine but no ticket was released. We did not stay long The following week we received a £60 bill for parking there plus a photo of us arriving and leaving. We had no proof of payment. We explained we’d paid but to no avail. Absolutely sharp practice by the private car parking company.

They were on hand whenever needed, provided a 5* service the whole time. The food was lush and the room was beautiful. The added touches did not go unnoticed. Nothing was too much trouble and they made the day so relaxing and perfect. We will be back for sure and would recommend having your wedding here. First class and we especially liked the rustic feel to it. So clean and tidy. Thank you to everyone who made our stay and our wedding, the best experience ever!!

We had the tomatoes to start, and I had the pork for my main. The pork can in four different ways and all were delicious. The dishes were also expertly presented, and the beer selection was diverse.
This is a must if you’re in the area.

Food was fresh, super tasty but not too heavy and the restaurant itself stylish and lovely and clean with a good feel! Asked for somewhere warm when I booked and we were popped by the heater, nice touch! When we left I had to give Tuti a hug because he was SUCH a nice man! We’ve found our go-to favourite Indian restaurant when we come to Bradford on Avon and will be back to see you Tuti for sure! We’d highly recommend!

Probably need to sort out the ordering system as that is a bit slow and gets a bit congested inside .. perhaps the hut outside would be better ! and clearer signage on were to go to get menus and the like, a few confused visitors!
But all in all a great visit ! But have to say, and you would be hard pushed to find some one to replace the old owners Dick and Janes amazingness when it comes to the fabulous atmosphere and greeting you would get back in the day ! ?

159 - 160, Avoncliff, Bradford-on-AvonA classic pub in the Somerset countryside. Next to the Kennet and Avon Canal with a garden looking over the canal, the river Avon and the Avoncliff Aquaduct - a Victorian masterpiece!
Great beer and other drinks with a limited - but high quality - menu of food.
The terraced garden runs down to the river and is fabulous to visit during sunny weather.
