Visited yesterday bought 4-piece meal and rice box, rice box was OK, 4-piece meal had four leg portions ,not as advertised ,I found most of the crispy !!! coating in the bottom of bag.Not great .looked like the delivery app pick ups were getting the best attention ,probably because app customers get a refunded if not satisfied.Shop customers have to trek back to shop if there's an issue ,which KFC are counting on customers not bothering so check meals before you leave shop
When busy it's very hard to breath because of the fryers and ventilation not being able to keep up but KFC is KFC you know what to expect. Food order and quickly prepared from ordering to getting in my hand no more than 10 mins. Delivery if close by is incredible. From ordering to delivery it's at my address in 15 mins quickest takeaway to order from in my area

Fancied some chicken so popped in to KFC. Ignored by the ladies serving not offered a single napkin or any condiments. Got home chicken was dry and one piece looked like it was almost a week old. I won't be visiting this branch anytime soon
