Went for a couple of drinks on a day out decided to go on the gaming machines and won £80 but the machine malfunctioned and wouldn’t pay me my winnings I spoke to Mark who works there and he tried his best to get the money out but he could so he said he’d try and get the machine people out before I left swindon at 5.30 but he went above and beyond and went to the cash point and got the money out from his account for me which was great thanks mark your a top guy and Wetherspoons...read full review
Another lovely meal in comfortable surroundings and excellent service. Opted for the grilled halloumi salad with roasted vegetables which were caramelised beautifully. I came in for a snack and a drink . the portion was not as good I had the five bean chilli there was not much chilli on the jacket potato. I'm not sure if they are cutting down the portion size . This is one of my local pubs in my town center . I know it is up for sale and hope that whoever takes over it stays as a . I like prices and the meals are generally really good . wetherspoons .
