After a very troubling start to our takeaway this evening, ordered the food at 1926 online to have 3 confirmation emails sent over got I contact with them over the phone to find that they are having problems with the online service at the moment! Visited Papa Johns for the first time Saturday evening quite late, past 10 and was greeted by a surprisingly helpful young lady. I couldn’t decide and she told us not to rush putting us under no pressure to take our order. When I decided not to bother as I wasn’t that hungry, she talked me into making a small section of my husbands pizza suitable for me, I am a vegetarian so his meat and spicy wasn’t suitable. Food is good as usual, but they forget dips that are ordered so regularly that it can't just be a coincidence, more like an easy way to make a quid without doing anything. Store manager is useless and won't refund anything.
