Half a century (and more!) ago this was the HQ pub for the football/cricket/rugby teams (mainly the same people!) of PMRAF Hospital Wroughton (up Priors Hill). It was a terrific little place and many a glorious evening after the match made the rafters roar. The rapport between the locals - many of whom worked at hospital - and the RAF personnel was fabulous. We popped in as a family after searching on line. While there may be posher venue's this place is real gem. The staff were friendly and helpful, everyone was very happy to help. The new was really great. Burgers were amazing and we all had plenty to eat. Highly recommended to families.

Popped in here for the first time on Friday.Nicely packed with friendly faces all around.Service was fast and prices were good.It was karaoke, so I was in my element lol.Haven't this at home in a pub since The Flag days.Tracey you've got a great little place and we'll be back soon.
