As a Wroughton resident this was never a go to pub. Since Covid things have changed. I've visited a couple of times recently and can only speak in the highest terms. The beer is kept in superb condition and a genuine delight. The welcome from the landlady warm, without being ott...perfect. As a villager, I have been missing out. The Horse will feature regularly in my new year excursions....Covid permitting. ?

Great local pub in a nice environment. Pleasant outside seating with a stream and enclosed by mature trees. Can not fault the staff, friendly, helpful and efficient. Good selection of beers etc. Haven't tried the food yet but am told it's excellent and the best Sunday roast around. Will update the review when tried. Will certainly be back soon and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the village.
