Buttonoak, BewdleyWas here for Mother’s Day Lunch yesterday with my family.
Food was absolutely delicious! All homemade. We all have a 3 course. Patè starter, beef & honey roast ham main roast & waffle & ice cream desert. Due to my allergy they made mine without the nuts which tasted great.
Atmosphere was good, the restaurant was busy. Drinks on offer pretty good too. Overall 10/10 & would highly recommend visiting.

Ye Olde New Inn
Pound Green, Arley, BewdleySuperb sunday carvery, lovely atmosphere, great food, friendly, helpful staff.
Dogs welcomed and looked after as well as the customers. Nice to see well behaved children, sitting quietly, rather than running around like they do in some places.
We'll be back!
Having had such I lovely lunch, we went back on friday evening, (the last night of our holiday)for tea.
I waited at the bar while someone else was served and picked up a menu only to be rather curtly told that food was finished and that it finished at 7.30.
The clock behind the bar said 7.31.
I appreciate that there has to be a cut off time, but this just seemed quite rude really.
Another customer commented that we were just in time and was surprised when we said that they had stopped serving food, as he had only just ordered.
It's such a shame, I've always loved this pub for its character and olde world charm, (and its lovely pizzas!).
It would be a great shame to lose it.
Sadly despite the lovely Sunday lunch we'll be going elsewhere in future.
