The Boyne Arms
The Boyne Arms, Burwarton, BridgnorthMy daughter’s 30th birthday party was held at the Boyne Arms on Saturday 17th February 2024. A fantastic night was had by all who attended. The hosts were absolutely perfect, helpful, efficient, professional and guided us through the event and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was excellent and they catered for 70 effortlessly. The set up and layout works so well and I would highly recommend using the Boyne Arms for a family gathering/celebration and intend to do so again in the future.

Neen Sollars, KidderminsterAs always, good service, especially for a Monday evening. The food was good, with a huge mixed grill! The pies were good, and the beer was good. Nice chips, though the vegetables looked a little overdone, but no big deal there.Overall a good place to eat a traditional pub meal.Vegetarian options: 5 options available

The Hopton Crown
Hopton Wafers, Cleobury Mortimer, KidderminsterCame here for a friend's birthday celebrations. There were 32 of us. Food was fantastic. Service spot on. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are lovely. Would highly recommend eating and staying here.

Cleobury Cafe
44 High St, Cleobury Mortimer, KidderminsterA popular village cafe which I often visit for breakfast. The staff are always polite and efficient and the food is spot on. Only a small tiny thing is that the tea bags could be of better quality but don't let this put you off as I am one of those folk that enjoy strong tea. A really vibrant place well frequented by the locals. Just be aware that it can be a little manic during Saturday lunchtimes.

Mimi's plaice
25 High St, Cleobury Mortimer, KidderminsterThis place is awesome! Best fish and chips we've ever had! But it didn't stop there... we arrived in the area after a very tiring flight. My sister and brother-in-law wanted to bring us some food so they phoned Mimi's Plaice to order. They were just closing down, but being such awesome people, the owner made new batter and had the order ready for pick up. It was the best fish and chips ever! A few days later we had another craving so we went back to Mimi's Plaice and ordered. I asked for extra malt vinegar and again, the owner's generosity shone. He gave us a brand new bottle, comp'd us a salad and some sauces and gave our little grandson some chicken and chips to snack on while we waited. Another amazing experience at Mimi's Plaice! We will definitely return ❣️
