Very busy...to busy for me, packed in to much....Very cisy though..l9g burners made it lovely and warm.Food was cheap and good, service was ok...but young lad didn't know how to serve a gin and lemonade nicely....put it in a long glass, no ice offered, and flat lemonade from a big bottle...instead of lovely glass with ice and a slice.
I was recommended this place, as I was told they offer a 3 course meal for £10. I very much underestimated how popular this establishment was, as I decided to take my partner here at 7:45 on a Friday night. My partner did ask if they could squeeze in a table for 2, and they were very happy to do so. When we got there, the car park was absolutely rammed, and it was a rather large car park anyway. Whilst visiting family and friends in Birmingham we had the pleasure of dining in The Pough Inn, the food was delicious and excellent value for money but we really wish to compliment the wonderful staff especially Katie, Sarah and Lily.
