Fantastic old pub. Great food and great atmosphere. Highly recommend stopping here for a meal on your way to Cooktown. I felt that the T-shirt’s were a little over priced, but how can you leave without getting one from such an iconic establishment?
This hotel is a must see when in Cooktown area. Great caravan park but more importantly the staff were so friendly and welcoming Other business in the area could learn a thing or two We had a beautiful lunch barramundi salad whilst hubby had the big burger

Great outback pub atmosphere. Loved the music especially the dreadlock haired singer and the old fella on the cow bones. Cheap drinks, good meals and facility. An absolute must gor the outback camper experience
