Only had a chow mein but that is a good measure of a good Chinese for me. If they can't get that right I never return and with so much choice in this area. The ruby is now my go to Chinese. It was fabulous very tasty, good chicken not watery nor tasteless nor check cuts. Perfect flavour not too wet not too dry good mix of ingredients noodles cooked perfectly. A simple dish but often so neglected and poorly made by many Chinese take aways. Can't wait to try more dishes x
The staff are always really helpful and friendly, and the service time is always decently quick considering how busy they are sometimes. The menu has a wonderful selection that is guaranteed to have something for everyone. The food is absolutely delicious; from generous portions to dishes full of flavour. After trying out all of the local Cantanese takeaways, I can confidently say that this one is the best. Consistently excellent service.

The food at this place is sooo lovely ...top notch all the time ... Just one let down tonight ... No prawn crackers... No problem ... Had the money back ... Just love prawn crackers .. nice in a curry ? plus the sweet n sour dip not so nice tonight mostly tasted of vinegar. N the chicken balls a bit dry ... Maybe cuz it's Saturday n rush n stuff .. but usually very lovely. ?x
