Nice store, MOSTLY great staff. Almost hated this place thanks to one person who couldn't be bothered to prepare meatless meatballs for me. Must have refused to make them about four times before I'd had enough and complained to the Subway chain directly. Thankfully they quickly corrected this member of staff's behaviour and I'm hoping next time I run into the person I complained about, he will do his job and make subs ordered by the customer.Much love to the young lad Josh and...read full review

You can always rely on Subway in Rubery to be consistent.Subs and salads are fantastic and fantastic vegetarian/vegan options too.And the staff are always polite and friendly 11/10 ?
