Me and my partner have visited a lot of different hotels in the last few months and I can't remember any making us feel more welcome than Anurag did at reception. And that was before we found out we were receiving an upgrade. Now I understand that's not going to happen every time.Anurag has that skill of talking to customers in the best way.If opportunity presents itself. We'd certainly be happy to stay again
Nice wedding venue, but the breakfast is by far the worst I've had at a hotel , the food was slow coming out ,a very low quality and the hash brown was still frozen. Which put the whole table off so we left breakfast with just a coffee.
