M5 M5 Junction 8, WorcesterVery impressed, I left my handbag in the services, didn't realise until I got home, rang them and they were so helpful. The person I needed to speak to had gone home for the day but she rang the next morning and said she would post it tracked and signed for and no payment by myself needed. A big shout out to Elspeth, she was lovely and so understanding. 2 days my bag was back with nothing at all missing. Thank you so much.

M5 Southbound, WorcesterOrdered food and despite it being busy it came within 2 minutes. It was tasty and hot, the coffee I ordered was very good. I had the wrap of the day, very well priced.
The tables were spotless and the floors were kept clear.
