Was an early morning breakfast visit 5:05am. Self service ordering terminals were out of paper and this led to a mix up on orders and an unpleasant delay for customers ahead of me and a delay for myself. Simple things matter... and sadly not a textbook visit.
Friendly staff who worked as quickly as possible. Our order was correctly made and brought out faster than we thought considering the rush. The seating area was clean, in large part thanks to customers for tidying up after themselves.Kid-friendliness: After being on the road for several hours, my two year old enjoyed bouncing on the cushioned seat to burn a little energy. No clean tables. Food was pretty cold. Receipts weren’t printing and the kiosk doesn’t tell you your order number if your receipt doesn’t print. So you have to rely on staff reading out order.
