Table not ready at alloted time and were told that there was no beef left. Asked if the special was cheaper but replied that they were not selling the special. Why leave the special menu on the tabe in that case. Order for drinks was taken at same time as food order then took a while to arrive. Food was very nice but the service wasn't as good as other restaurants/pubs. 10% discretionary service charge wasn't spotted on the front of the menu and is a bit rich. Very slow service, poor food, garlic bread dry and hard, could hardly cut it, waited 20 mins for our pre dinner drink that we had to order at the bar. Coffee cold by the time the sugar arrived, for what they charge its not worth the money, don't waste your time or money.
We popped in for a meal after we went to the Victorian market in Worcester. We had been before so knew the place well , we had the dog this time and they accommodated her which was great. The service was super , arrived a little early but the table was ready so went straight to it. Drinks order taken and gave us some time to look through the menu.
