Service wasn’t good at all. When asking for a drink the two girls on shift didn’t say a word just poured what we asked for. When they brought our food out they just plonked it in front of us and walked away. There was no check back ( luckily the food was amazing and no need to complain) but to not even come and ask wasn’t great. Plates left on table even after I went to the bar to order desserts. When going to pay they was sat on a table playing cards.

I took my younger sister and her friend for dinner and we were served and looked after by Alex who was lovely. We had 2 hunters chicken and a portion of ribs and dessert which were all delicious. Will definitely be back soon :)

One barista even took the time to have a chat with an elderly gentleman, who seemed to be a regular customer. When there weren't any customers waiting to order. This was lovely to see.Parking: Luckily a big car park is available, as it's a busy place for shoppers.Wheelchair accessibility: Seperate wheelchair accessible toilets available and I think there's a lift. Bit tight for space among the table and chairs, though they could be moved.

They really need to sort it out. It also took 2 hours to get our food as they had so many takeaway orders. Despite having a bad experience in the venue itself I would recommend as the food is fantastic.

I ordered on the app to pick up and it was ready very quickly, the pick up was easy. 59 High St, BiggleswadeFour years later the café has the same ethos as before. Food is cooked on the spot and everything spic and span. I'm afraid I can easily over eat here. It's a small 10 seats inside and a few on pavement. The toilet is like you would expect at home. Clean tidy and smells fine. Friendly staff. Heather served me with a joyful voice and a lovely smile. Tea is very nice. Plenty of homemade cakes.

Honestly the food, delivery, customer service has never been better! The donner and chips were perfect, portion sizes were great and the pizza was delicious. The brunch menu was a bit egg heavy for someone who can't eat eggs but that's the only downside. The decor is beautiful and staff super friendly. I'm a northerner and this chippy is a really good, instead of doing every takeaway food poorly, it does fish and chips, with the usual other options you find in a chippy.
