Visited for food and drinks 3 times over the Xmas period, having avoided for the last few years due to indifferent experiences and what seems like a constant change in owners. Really impressed with food, value and atmosphere all 3 times. Fingers crossed the current owner / manager sticks around

My partner and I visited for Sunday lunch, on a friend recommendation, and we were not disappointed. All the staff were lovely and Jane in particular made sure I was well looked after. She arranged for us to be seated where we would not be inconvenienced due to my mobility challenges. The food was delicious and hot. We will certainly visit again and recommend to our friends. Thanks again Jane!

Was a meet up place with friends. Food was lovely (roast) and portions very generous. Only issue was extremely slow service but we eventually discovered that it was because although we had booked a table at the restaurant where we were sitting (we had a dog with us) it wasn’t usually where service took place.
