The most delicious pastries around. The Little Buzzard Bakery truly know how to bake. The pastries are buttery and flakey with perfect lamination to give that light airy texture your croissant needs. best pain au raisin I've ever tasted, and try the Espresso swirl. You WILL want to eat more than one.. breads are delicious with great crumb and texture - the sourdough or the porridge and mollases are firm favourites in my house. Finally the sausage rolls. The best bakery I’ve ever visited and the sausage rolls and bread are to die for. The owner is lovely and you always get service with a smile. The only downside is that you have to get there early as the stuff sells out quickly!

I've been getting bread and pastries from Steve since he was running a little operation from his kitchen at home, he takes real pride in his work and it shows, his sourdough is some of the best I've had and his sausage rolls are legendary. Leighton Buzzard is lucky to have this bakery
