We had lunch at the Brim and Crown this afternoon and wanted to say what a great experience it was! The food was very good, reasonably priced and our service from Ash was first class, very attentive good humoured and engaging - even though there was a ladies social club of around 16 people there for their lunch at the same time, our food and drinks arrived quickly and freshly cooked - would recommend the teriyaki chicken - delicious ?
Went to the restaurant for the first time for my birthday Sunday lunch and couldn't fault it. We all had the Sunday roast 1 beef 1 chicken and 1 lamb. They were all delicious and well cooked and the vegetables excellent and had been cooked perfectly. Nice choice of puddings with plenty of custard. Will definitely revisit very soon.

A very good-sized portion for the Sunday roast.The beef was excellent, and the vegetables were cooked just right.Service was friendly, although a little slow, but the food was worth the wait.
