We stopped in after our walk at Donnington Castle with 2 wet dogs. Despite being very busy, they squeezed us in for lunch, we were seated next to the fire, the dogs were given a water bowl and we were treated to a lovely meal. This Pub understands how to make customers' WANT to return again & again! Thank you
We popped in today for a drink and snack after a walk around the castle. There were 12 of us, we all wanted different things, snacks, starters , a couple had a main course. We hadn’t booked . Alison and Alan were so lovely , they made us feel very welcome . We wouldn’t hesitate to return. Stunning food . Thank you

Beautiful lunch sat by the fire. I had the short rib which was delicious and my partner enjoyed the fish and chips! Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon!
