Location was good, 1 minute walk into the centre of Newbury town..Rooms were clean, but I didn't expect them to be in a different building..Bathroom was new but shower decided it would go cold every few seconds..Heating in the room was a disaster and can't be set from the room...Breakfast, was probably one of the worst I've ever had, we avoided it the second day, very little selection and walking across the busy corridor wasn't the best with a plate of food...Staff were very friendly,...read full review
Always enjoy our stay here, it's a great location for exploring the town centre and nearby attractions and sites. We usually go out of season when it's quieter as Newbury can be a very busy centre.Rooms: We chose a less expensive room this time which was still lovely. However the en-suite bathroom could have been cleaner. There were some bits on the bathroom floor and the bath/shower tiles need some mould & mildew treatment.Food & drinks: Excellent self- service cooked breakfast...read full review
