We ordered a bucket of chicken to take away. On arriving home and serving the food, the chicken looked awful. So many pieces still had feathers on, which were then coated in the batter and consequently stuck into the food.The beans were cold and in my opinion flavourless.Not happy with our food from this location.Parking: Parking is available in the carpark of Tesco next door. At first food was cold and bland even though I went in person and ate at the restaurant but I then gave them back the order and asked for a fresh meal and a couple of minutes later I got two great zinger sandwiches and the chicken was amazingly tender. I gave a four because they didn't give an attitude and made the necessary changes, but if I got that initial order via delivery, they would have gotten a two or three stars at best. Lovely and tasty food and brilliant customer service as I also work from Sue Ryder a few doors down near Tesco. I usually stop by this place for lunch. The friendly staff all know me and I order the same meal on Fridays and a free popcorn chicken on the house as a regular visitor. Keep up the brilliant customer service ladies.
