Used to be great, but since the new management the portion sizes have literally halved, got a large chips and it was the size of a small anywhere else and still cost £3 (£1 more than before!). Disappointed all around used to love this place
Lived in Twyford for 16 years. First time I tried it today as the station chippy was closed. I spent £42 on 3 large cod and chips, some anaemic mushy peas and a couple of curry sauces. This was, without doubt, the worst fish and chips I've ever had. Thin and tasteless fish, horrible chips, the oil used was tastless and nothing was crispy and fatty. The mushy peas were mostly water and the curry sauce wasn't spicy in the slightest. I will never go back here. Simply awful...read full review
