A great local pub. Good selection of cask ale. Lovely staff. Wood burning stoves. Dog friendly. Great pub food available. May need to book if dining. Lots of parking space.Fantastic!Highly recommend.
For the past 2 weeks I have walked 6.4 mile round hike - The Old Boot Inn being a halfway stop over. Lovely to be warmed up by the fire and refreshed with hot chocolate + fresh biscuit (not supplied on prior visit). Friendly, clean with sophisticated ambience. ?

Delicious Sunday roast in a historical and cosy country pub filled with families, locals and visitors.Big portions! Good to be told that next time we found order smaller portions as we left most of the vegetable on our plate.Highly recommend it but book as they tend to get very busy on Sunday.Kid-friendliness: Great pub for family.
