We have stayed at this hotel many times as very convenient forT5 at LHR. The restaurant has changed to the very positive over time. Our last visit the dinner was very good and the staff was excellent. The staff are super friendly and very helpful and knowledgable. Especially the manger of the restaurant Angelo Fernandes was super. He leads by example and is hard working. He leads his team by example. Excellent Breakfast buffet and amazing service provided by Simi. She was very professional and at the same time friendly. She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed on our table.

Just nipped in to charge my Tesla at the super charge point and thought I’d drop in for a bit e to eat! The service was superb and with our doubt the best of them all was Alka! Thank you….. you made my visit lovely!
