Fabulous pub, came recommended by Kris Cruiser’s and definitely didn’t disappoint !! . Beautiful tradition pub with very tasty food. One of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten!!Would highly recommend, such a shame it’s not my local!!
Stopped off about 8pm and we both had the Beef and Ale pie. It is, without a doubt, the best pie ever and are hand made by the chef. Go for the mash not the chips (should have listened to my wife!) - proper mash as opposed to that provided by catering companies/large chains. Good selection of real ales (Windsor and Eton brews plus others), wines and spirits. Pub is part of CAMRA. Staff very friendly and well behaved ;)
