Popped in on a quiet, hot afternoon for a quick drink when passing. Couldn't have been made more welcome or made to feel more comfortable. Looking forward to spending some more time there
We dropped in for dinner as this place was on Google Maps half way along our 400 mile trip. Steak and chips was delicious, all the food was very reasonably priced. Staff were ace and we didn’t feel like our overtired wired 5yr old was a problem at all. As a bonus there’s a nice village playground 1 mins walk further down the road.

So lovely to have this pub open again. Food well priced, staff lovely and they’ve had some great events- lovely inside and outdoor seating too -overall a traditional village pub that’s welcoming to all.Parking: On site parking spaces but also possible to park close by
