I don't usually go to chain cafes because I prefer to support local independent businesses but today I was desperate for coffee and the only thing around and open was Costa. It was OK.
Without any doubt this is THE best Costa I've ever visited. It's always busy so I guess I'm not the only one who loves it, but I get looked after, smiled at, and treated with politeness on every occasion. Aga is a real gem ! Somehow she manages to remember regular customer's orders, some of which are complex ! And she's always happy too which is contagious, even when there;s a lot going on. We're now regular visitors and would happily recommend Flackwell Heath Costa to everyone....read full review

Lovely atmosphere. 5 people in front of me in the queue but still served within minutes.Toasties was spot on and hot choc perfect.Served by Charlotte who was so sweet and polite. Keep it up!
