Stopped in for a Friday lunch time meal. They do a good lunch time deal but we ate off main menu. The spicy chicken burger was hot and juicy, my mum had the jacket spud with chilli, both very good. Good choice of drinks and some craft beer on tap.
Visited here when looking for a Sunday roast last minute! Football was on and still a "pub" atmosphere like the plough used to be except surprisingly quiet for a Sunday at 5pm!My partner and I got a roast, with some peace and quiet. You don't get table service for food but you get really great food (better than the expectation "pub grub" that we were after)We will definitely be visiting here for a roast again! Ordered the chicken burger was OK prefer mayo not tomato in the burger food was so nice amazing bar staff amy and Taya so nice will be coming back again thank you guys BTW they both have a cracking personality they make you feel so welcome
